Statement on Jurisdiction Challenge – High Court of England & Wales by Radha Stirling 20 October 2025

"A defamation claim has been issued against me in the High Court of England and Wales (Claim No. KB-2025-001385).

I have filed an Acknowledgment of Service and a formal challenge to the Court’s jurisdiction under CPR 11, on the basis that I have not been properly served and that the matter does not have a substantial connection with England and Wales and should not proceed before this Court. That challenge remains pending and has not yet been determined.

Until jurisdiction is established, the proceedings should not be treated as having been properly brought in this forum.
